I just stayed at this hotel 3 weeks ago, and returned from the US and stayed again. The staff was quite helpful, the room clean, and the views spectacular over Victoria Harbor. I can honestly say there was nothing to improve upon, both times I have stayed there. The only thing was when I phoned to have a higher room available, the staff said, "we will do our best"....that is a little difficult to find out if possible or not after travelling `16 hours from overseas to wait if "possible" to accommodate or not. My fiancee called to confirm from Zhong Guo and all was ok upon check in. I would merely tell repeat guests (within 3 weeks stay between first and second stay) they could accommodate me and work to make it happen. That is my only concern. All else was excellent and superior. Xie xie ni, I will be back again!

The service is excellent. All the staffs there are very helpful and they really go out of their way making sure that we get what we want. This hotel is located at the Victoria Habor that make it a plus for my stayed, except they don't have a lot of choices about the restaurants. It's a little inconvenient for foods lover like me, but to make up for that i got the best view of the Harbor and all the shoppings are near by. I will definitely come back to stay here again. Thank you to all the staffs, especially to the hotel managers who really tried to make sure our stayed are comfortable and relaxing vacation while we are in Hongkong.

Like the hotel is at a quiet location in Tsimshatsui East, walking distance off the busy Nathan Road. Our room is clean and spacious compared to other hotels I have stayed in HK, with a great view of the fabulous harbour. The staffs are excellent friendly. Will definitely stay here again the next time.

It’s in a great location with many shops and restaurants. about 8 minutes walk to the MTR and 3 minutes to the Victoria harbor. Got an upgrade corner room. The size is bigger than I expected especially in HK. Gym is a bit small. Rooftop Pool is small and not that nice but I don’t swim. Staffs are very friendly and professional. Dave from the front desk was awesome. He makes us feel very welcome and treat us with great respect. We will definitely come back when we are in HK again.

My experience with this hotel was excellent. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Hotel was centered around all other hotels and shops. Taxi’s were easy to obtain by hotel porter. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in Hong Kong. My room was clean, and front desk staff even had a bowl of fresh fruits along with a welcome handwritten letter by the manager himself to welcome my arrival in my room. I was very impressed with the food at the hotel restaurant. Service was great, both dining and all during my stay of 4 days.

Im allergic to cigarrettes and my room has a strong smell like someone smoke in there. Ask to change for another room and response was no room available so they brought a Ozone machine to try to kill the smoking smell but only worked for few hours. Really had a hard time sleeping eventhough the bed was confortable.

Very nice hotel, good room size, good breakfast, friendly staff. I requested rooms away from elevators however I got two rooms very close to elevators. I asked reception staff for reasons and was told that no adjoining rooms were available which was acceptable. First morning it’s a bit noisy in the hallway in early morning but second morning was quiet.

Thank you for making our stay in HongKong memorisable. All the staff are so lovely and helpful. We stayed in the hoziron club suite with club lounge access. Private check in, so quick and easy. The club lounge and the snack were delicious. We had the best view of HongKong Victoria harbour. It is located in a very centre area as well. Restaurants, eatery are near by. We highly recommend NWM hotel. We definitely are going to stay here again when we come back.
