The only issue I had was the bugs, such as huge spiders and flies in my room. There was also left over trashed from a pervious stay. I was highly disappointed, as I just flew over 10 hours and wanted to finally relax.

The initial room was not available on arrival, the hotel worked to find a workeable alternative.

Although booking for the property, when checking in we found out we had been moved to their sister hotel at Hyde Park. The entrance seemed clean and sleek prior to our move. We then received complimentary breakfast as compensation for the hotel move, which hadn’t been communicated prior to our arrival.

It was a basic compact room, which had all the requirements for a brief overnight stay. The shower was a little restricted for my size, and the bed was also small-ish, but as our occupancy was about 12 hours, it was fine. The location was very convenient for Paddington station, which was perfect.
