The front desk clerk simply said "no rooms" despite my having a reservation, late at night a different person called me asking if I was going to check in for my reservation and there were rooms available. I had already made a booking elsewhere. Very confusing sitch!

Property was extremely dirty. Bathroom didn’t work at all, called the front desk if we could switch rooms and he said he would look into it but never got back to us. Shower was leaking, bed sheets were dirty. There was mold on the shower floor boards. Horrible experience

It was not clean. Isaw a cockroach everywhere. Very poor service. I wouldn't recommend anyone staying there. Myself and family was not happy at all..just waisted my money.

TV service didn't work . It kept going off. And we were told press off and on then another button . Still kept going off saying service needs a code but we didn't get a code we asked for them to fix ot three times he came then the same thing again and again I was really disappointed place stink too . Like piss.

There were roaches in the room!!! The refrigerator had a horrible smell, the TV wasn't working, the Microwave and Refrigerator were not working. The bed quilt was ripped, very old and smelly. The reception was very dirty, and the staff was unprofessional, no greeting, neither empathy when I politely let them know about these issues about the room. I requested a full refund, the staff didn't even want to give me a copy of the refund document, I insisted then they printed it, so I could ask for the refund to Expedia.
