I recently stayed at this hotel and I found the property to be well-maintained and quite beautiful, despite not being very modern. The beach was stunning with calm waters, perfect for a relaxing swim. However, the dining experience was disappointing. While the variety of food was commendable, the flavors were bland and lacked any Caribbean essence. Overall, the food was tasteless and did not meet expectations. The service was another major letdown. The staff were almost non-existent, and when present, they were unhelpful and unfriendly. Although this did not affect me personally as I speak Spanish fluently, it was evident that the language barrier posed a significant issue for other guests. The staff's lack of English proficiency made communication difficult, exacerbating the already poor service. Attention to detail was severely lacking throughout the hotel. The overall experience was marred by the indifferent and inattentive attitude of the staff. In summary, while the hotel itself is aesthetically pleasing and the beach is lovely, the food and service need significant improvements to enhance the overall guest experience.

The buffet not have to many options, the steakhouse is a good place but the seafood restaurant and las Brisas very bad food. Beer always are hot everywhere, room good and clean

The quality of the food was very poor. Cold food at their buffets and the restaurants food was not elevated. Very poor culinary experience. There was not too many activities and they do a very poor job communicating to their guess what is happening daily if anything.
