"We loved the location and the space in the suite. The room seemed that it had been cleaned but there was some wear and tear that made it seem unclean. Scuff marks/stains on the walls and such. The staff came daily to take the trash and give us fresh towels and then they did a room clean halfway through our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful! Be sure to download WhatsApp because that is their main line of communication, which I thought was very convenient."

"It’s not worth the money. It says it has a shower and a private bathroom but there’s no hot water to have a proper shower. And there was no toilet paper. When I asked for toilet paper they said the delivery will come later and he cannot do anything about it when he could just go buy some and provide for his customers. I called for the hot water too and he said he’ll send someone to fix it. No one did. The bed wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. Dusty and with hair on it. Not worth it. Find something...

"This is the most budget friendly and convenient place to stay if you’re looking for an option to be close to the Incheon Airport. The instructions to get to the place were very clear so it was easy to find. The room is fully equipped with everything you need (washing machine, microwave, kettle). Most importantly is the free airport bus shuttle which is literally 5 mins walk away from the hotel. Highly recommended! I will definitely stay here again! "

The hotel is surprisingly quiet unless you decide to open the window. Staff is wonderful. Hotel is clean and it has all the amenities you need. Historical sites are walkable. "Good location, easy to walk to many places, close to buses and really close to subway Great communication with host Common room at reception with little kitchen, lockers Dorm was nice, with lockers, but there are no fitted sheet, only a felty blanket so it moves when you sleep and it is wayyyy too warm for a lot of people. It would be nice to have regulars sheets + the blanket, as there was no way to open the AC or turn the heat down, so it was too warm."
