"Great pension near Sokcho. Thry served a nice breakfast every morning that you could eat out on the porch with a view of the mountains. The owner was very friemdly and helpful and gave some.good recolmendations. A short ealk to the bus that can take you in to the park and in to town. We would definitely stay here again for future visits!"

The bathroom was compact and it had an all in one basin and shower unit. The rainfall shower was pretty powerful but the floor remained wet for a while. "Impressive hotel fully refurbished in 2017. The two drawbacks were a) we booked an ocean view room at quite a premium, but 50% of the view was the hotel car park, and b) having a full glass facade the heat and glare in the room was significant, meaning we could only enjoy the view in the evening and early morning. The blinds were all down in the breakfast room to kero out the sun."

"This hotel is adequate, there is nothing bad about it. For what you pay, it is fine. It's not a glamorous option, but doesn't pretend to be. Clean room, comfortable beds. Breakfast options weren't great, would be good to add one or two non-Korean dishes (not everyone can deal with spicy kimchi at 8am!). The surrounds are nothing special (could you clean up the area by the hotel so the sea view isn't polluted by litter?), although it IS situated 2 minutes from the bus station which is useful if...
