"Feels like a former 6 star hotel that's still fantastic, just a touch dated, however fantastic still. Little things like the digital light switches don't work perfectly and are a bit touchy. The furniture is so cool, and the room layout is excellent, the pool is basic as is the gym. The Sauna and Spa would be excellent however I couldn't easily figure out how to use them and I doubt the water heats up immediately. "The room's wooden floor was clean. We utilised the washing machine in the room and it worked well. Location was close to Phrom Phong BTS, and the shopping mall, Emporium. Basic amenities provided in the room were good. "

"I stay at this hotel every time I stay in Bangkok. The staff are amazing and immediately fix any problem. I would recommend they replace their bathroom sink faucet because it was not firmly attached to the sink. Also, the shower drain was a bit slow draining the shower water, so cleaning the drains is recommended. I would definitely stay here again. I love this hotel. "
