"We recently stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. When you enter , the lobby area is nice . And that’s about it. The room we stayed in was dated and the carpet was full of stains. In a 4 star hotel the standards for cleanliness should be higher. We had the most unpleasant experience for 2 days at breakfast. We walked in the restaurant and waited to be seated. The majority of tables were nicely done . The hostess had a hard time locating our name on the guests lists and when she was able to confirm...

The staff were always friendly and accommodating. We all went half board and were well fed with good food. Breakfast was a wealth of choice, both continental and some English staples. "Excellent hotel, located right in Zell am See and a 5 minute walk up to the gondola at the ski field. The room was a good size, very clean and comfortable and had a decent balcony. Both dinner and breakfast were really decent, and I definitely would stay here on my next trip. "

The room has mosquitoes and there is no AC with hot weather opening the windows will lead to have more mosquitoes. Also there wasn’t enough electric outlets "
