“We had our young grandchildren with us and the kids pool was perfect. The staff taking orders for food and drinks at the pool was convenient and appreciated. The on-site restaurants were good.”

“Very clean, quiet, and cozy accommodation. Especially, the accommodation is quite large, and the view of the pond and fountain in front of the balcony is good. The interior looks a little old but comfortable, convenient, and clean. The entire resort is private, and the pool and Jacuzzi are also clean. Employees are very kind and thoughtful, especially the front desk. Would stay again!”

“The room and bathroom floors were dirty, the bathroom fixtures were corroded and rusty, and the cleaning solution they used smelled awful - mostly like bleach, and there was still mold/mildew in the shower. We tried to cancel our reservation, but the desk clerk was not authorized to help us, and Expedia deferred to the desk clerk at the property. The only good things to say is the AC worked, and there was hot water in the shower.”

“The property and the room were great, staff was very helpful on all shifts. Bed and pillows were comfortable. We needed to ask once in our 5 day to have the room serviced but the rest of the time the room was taken care of very well. Our 4th floor beachside balcony gave us a very nice view each day. Our final evening on the balcony was ruined by someone smoking a cigar nearby. Breakfast was usual hotel food with eggs and waffles and cereals and pastries. My main issue was the beach. The...

“We checked in at dusk and were greeted once we ring the outside bell because there wasn’t an attendant visible to us but they had camera to see outside. We didn’t wait long at all. The attendant gave me a hard time at checkout even though I had reservations through Expedia and my ID. The card I was using didn’t have my name printed on it”

“Overall, not a bad stay. Some minor issues in the room but nothing major. Disappointed to have to pay for onsite parking for what they charge per night for an average hotel.”
