"スタッフは英語を使わないためコミュニケーションにGoogle翻訳が必須ですが、宿泊者の希望に応えようという姿勢が常にどのスタッフからも感じられました。部屋は様々なタイプがありますが、今回宿泊して部屋はドアを開けると直ぐにバスタブがあり、シャワーは全然違う場所にあるという不思議な構造で使いにくいと感じました。洗面台のライトも最新のタッチセンサー式でしたが壊れていて点灯しませんでした。プール、露天風呂は清潔でリゾートホテルとして魅力的だと感じました。クレジットカードを利用できないので注意が必要です。"

"The staff was immensely kind and helpful and contributed to make our stay the best. Tom gave us some great tips for places to go. There is a selection of great vegetarian food and tasty drinks available at any time. We were greatful for being greeted by a smile when we ordered food slightly outside of normal hours. The area is peaceful with a great view on mountains. The hot pool was enjoyable. The bungalow was clean and cosy."

Soeur Ha, une excellente guide, connaissait parfaitement le terrain, toujours d'humeur joyeuse et enthousiaste, était au petit soin pour nous. Que vouloir de plus ! "We really liked it to stay there. The area is just unique and the view from the terrace is amazing. The family there was so kind to us,we had also dinner with the hole family. " the hotel appears quite upmarket and the room is pleasant though the bed a little hard but no harder than average for Vietnam.The staff are very pleasant. The one complaint is about the included breakfast. It was merely two small slices of toast two pieces of butter a small helping of condensed milk,presumably to put on the toast, and a glass of water. Having sat and looked at it for ten minutes someone came and asked if I would like eggs with the bread so at least breakfast ended up...
