"Room was spotless; all staff that we came into contact with were pleasant and welcoming; whether they worked at reception, house keeping, handy man, restaurant etc. the room is well equipped with comfortable king size bed, seating, hanging and drawer space for clothing, laundry basket and great shower water-pressure. The view from the restaurant beats any world class waterside with yachts bopping on the flat sea. All in all, it was a great four night stay and would go again! "

"I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism of the staff. Everyday, I was greeted with a smile and was told to speak with them if I need anything. The staff interactions were genuine. Everyone made a conscience effort to make my stay pleasureable. The junior suite is absolutely beautiful. It was so clean, with fully stocked refreshments and pretty. I loved the flowers scattered in the room. The entire grounds were well kept and aesthetically appealing. Jamealya and Daliya were the most memorable employees. These young ladies are professional, sweet and kind. They're a great asset to the business and are essential contacts in encouraging your customers to return. Give them a raise. "The arrival at the resort was already an experience with singing and drinks. The room was very spacious, clean and well equipped. ALL the staff was super friendly and helpful in all places. The restaurants were nice but very inconsistent. One day everything was great, the next day the buffet food was cold. The food in Butch’s was excellent but we didn’t like the atmosphere- felt like an airport lounge and very loud. For the hype we expected it to be more intimate. The food in Gatsu Gatsu was good but needs more explanation because the portions are very small and tgey should tell you to order multiple for a platter and a full meal. We definitely like Scrimshaw - great food, nice atmosphere and wonderful staff. A few minus : the small beach gets very crowded when cruise ships are in because it’s a public beach and then people stand in front if you and put towels and chairs in front if the Sandals loungers. We had a photo shoot for our anniversary and I was waiting 30 min ( and a second call) for an urgent missing hair dryer ( told them we had photo appointment) and then the free photoshoot was quite disappointing- at first he forgot his memory card and then he rushed through some different locations- not much Direction on doing some posing, no correction of hair, dress etc and at the end you are buying 10 pictures for 180 US$ , barely edited ( had to correct on my own) and half of them against the light and overexposed- not professional at all. "
