We had a great surprise when just at the port the hotel member was waiting to pickup the luggage and transport them to the hotel and from the hotel to the port. The hotel has complimentary shuttle which is very convenient, also hotel has a deck for little boats where you get picked up. The only downside is the room size, no room for luggage.
