"When we arrived, woman at the reception said, that they don’t have my booking, although, I booked and paid it 2 weeks before check-in. Anyway, they gave us an another room but without the shower even without mentioning of compensation and excuses. Everything was terrible. Completely terrible. "Lovely place, just off a main road so a handy break in my trip from Poprad Tatry Airport to Hlinne.
Staff were friendly and helpful - and they spoke English, which was a definite advantage for me.
They also have English menus. My previous stay, somewhere with no English menus or speakers, wasn't pleasant, but this stay was.
Before anyone comments. I was in their country so they didn't have to speak English or have English menus - but it helps. "
