“Clean room ”

“Great resort but needs better entertainment ”

“Great amenities with a nice big pool and the hotel is right off the beach. Also a great restaurant right on the property. Rooms are a bit dated, but nice enough. Staff didn’t seem overly happy, especially the person at the pool towels to answer any questions, but the activities lady was very friendly and happy to set up a Happy Birthday display. ”

“The location is great, the host was great at communicating and available. The views was amazing.The listing did include the pool was heated but it wasn’t when we were there. I paid extra for romantic roses petals but no roses were in the room only some cheap heart shaped creations. The bathroom and towels need to be updated. ”

“Check in was bad. We waited until after 4 to get in room and they were still finishing cleaning our room at a bad location in the lower level. Elevator near the room is not working. The hotel is in a good location near Sonesta Hotel and Sunset bar in the Maho area.”

“Room not ready, was brushed aside and waited two hours for room and I checked in at 5pm already enough time to have it cleaned. Finally got into room was 7pm! Garbage receptionist and old outdated hotel”

“We stayed at Pomme Cannelle for 9 days and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. From the moment we arrived, we received a warm welcome and were shown to our suite, which set the tone for a very relaxing visit.
