Couple notes: 1 - when I ordered pizza in room service, they brought just a pizza in the box, no plates for 3 of us. 2 - When we came to the swiming pool at 4:30pm, the stuff- lady said that it will be closed at 5pm. However, we left at 6pm and pool was still open with many kids, parents and personal still at the pool. Not sure if this lady was new to this hotel??"
