"Fast check-in. Pleasantly upgraded to a better room. Nice area with 24H supermarket opposite the hotel and many restaurants in the area. Free shuttle to BTS Thonglor and respond via WhatsApp was prompt. Late check out request was also granted. Excellent stay."
