We have been sailing along the coast of Albania for the past couple of weeks. What a great country and the people are wonderful. As Americans it's nice to be somewhere the people like the USA and really appreciate the help Nato gave them. The country is not really set up for private boats yet. There is only one marina in the country and all the other stops have been in major ports. But that's OK with us....we enjoy places that are not often visited by boat. The location is extremely isolated it sits on top of a very high cliff, and once youโ€™re in the area there are no taxis or easy transport options.
