Disappointing stay at this Sheraton. Bedroom lighting was inadequate, multiple power outlets barely worked or failed entirely, the thermostat was ineffective, and the pillows were very flat and unsupportive. Expected significantly better quality and maintenance from this brand.

The only problem was once we opened the door to our room, there was s STRONG odor of animal piss. While checking out I mentioned to the front desk. She said OK. I told her the only way to get rid of the odor was to replace the carpet.
