"We have mixed feelings about our stay here....firstly let me say Diego was very friendly and sorted out the few problems we had...(no hot water, no gas, no water at all) not enough towels.. This place could be amazing but it is sadly lacking in things...simple adjustments would make it a better stay. "We visited Mahahual for the first time, traveling from Cancun with a stop at Xel-Ha along the way. The property manager was very accommodating and arranged a smooth late check-in for us. My daughter absolutely loved the beach right in front of the hotel, and we also booked an amazing snorkeling tour. While the hotel doesn’t have on-site parking, we found a safe spot by the basketball court just behind the property. We stayed in a double room, which was comfortable and met our needs, with cozy beds for a good night’s rest."
