"The room was nice, and price appropriate. But it is a two-star hotel. The breakfast buffet has plenty of options, but the coffee is kind of tepid for some reason. The hotel is near a busy road and will be a little noisy until later in the evening. The neighborhood has plenty of great food options, but is a little far from La Cancha and the teleferico."

"I booked the family room at around 5pm. Arrived around 9:30pm only to be told that the room was not ready. After a long travel day (and with a tired little kid in tow), it wasn’t ideal to wait 20 additional minutes for the room to be prepared. Additionally, there were no towels in the room. This is a beautiful old home in good condition, but the overall service didn’t match the expected experience. Breakfast left much to be desired, too. The outside grounds are quite pretty and the location is outside the town, so if you need to eat dinner you’ll have to drive there as they do not offer dinner service. "
