"We liked the fact it is a non profit. Also that it was clean and quiet. We couldn't find the ATM in the lobby ands wished the tv room was open so we could play games in there. "

The check in was good as the customer service agent was accommodating, I made the mistake of booking a really early flight and I had 2 very tired teens with me and when I asked to check in early, the agent worked hard to try and accommodate and was very nice and understanding. To enter the main door from outside, the receptionist has to buzz you in or you use the key fob on your room key to unlock. "Enjoyed our stay at Helms inn for 3 nights. Very clean and conveniently located. Not sound proof, could hear kids running upstairs on the morning of our last day, thankfully we were checking out that morning. "

"This hotel met our expectations, and was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very nice with a good variety between hot and cold. The staff were friendly and obliging. We enjoyed our stay very much, and would recommend this hotel to anyone who would like value for money. The only thing we would recommend, is for grab bars/safety bars to be installed over the bat tub. Other that that, it was a pleasant experience all round."
