“The property is perfect for visiting Bar Harbor. It’s in easy walking distance to the town. The Looking Glass restaurant was wonderful. Listening to a piano player in the evening was a great way to end the day!”

“I don't recommend this hotel never. The reception women wasn't nice, and my wife and I couldn't sleep well because my room is loud noise of my door next front door . There is a most upsetting situation. And I was very cold in sleep because the heating didn't work at all night. The heating regulator did not work. It was 2am that I founded that the heating didn't work. I caught a runny nose next day and my trip was interrupted. I never recommend this hotel.”

“The Atlantic Coast is an older motel, but very well kept and clean. They leave you two water bottles, two cans of soda and two bags of chips-which is a nice touch. They have an Indian restaurant on the premises that is very popular with the locals. The only downside is that they do not staff the front office. However they are very responsive in terms of delivering ice, etc if you text them. A very good value if you want a place to base yourself in and then drive the half hour to Bar Harbor.”

“My initial impression at check-in was a bit guarded as the entrance and lobby needs updating. The reception person was quite informative and took us to show where our rooms were, which were in an adjacent building. But I must say, the rooms were spotless, immaculate. All the plumbing and hardware throughout appeared brand new. The bed was comfortable and the room quiet. Actually had my best night sleep on my extended trip!
