"First of all the owner was friendly and attentive. He met me, gave me the key and explained everything. The apartment was in a good location, there was a shopping center, shops, restaurants and cafes around. And most importantly the apartment was comfortable, clean and equipped with everything."

"Pleasant brief stay at the Aisi. Was given a corner room and the hotel is within minutes of several of the most popular restaurants in Batumi. Thanks to Giorgi for information and a late evening coffee while I was working and to Ms. Tekla who opened up the restaurant for me to work as I was on a work webinar and needed a quieter place after a brief wifi interruption. "Excellent location right on Batumi walkable boulevard. Lots of restaurants and cafeteria nearby. Right by the Black Sea. Service was pretty exceptional and fast! Lika was very helpful! The only con was a noise insulation and a party all the way into 1 AM next door. But this is what you get when you book a room in a 50 floor hotel. The area itself if going through some massive reconstruction. So one needs to be prepared for construction noise. Otherwise a great value for money! Loved the stay...

"Was pleased with everything. Out of holiday peak season it is awesome. Hardly any wait time for elevator from 29th floor. Easy self checkout and check-in. Awesome view. Room is soundproof so don't worry about construction. Good TV channels. Fast wifi. Spacious bathroom. Extremely comfortable Western style bed. No negatives to mention."

"This is a nice hotel to stay in Batumi, basic, simple, huge building, prime location excellent view, good a/c, we were impressed with the room we got, staff speaks fluent English, front desk staff very helpful and friendly, miss Keti in guest relations was always following up our stay and looking after us, very friendly she was essential part of the grading. 2 elevators were not working and the line to get to the 40 floor was long, the elevator floor number doesn't match with your room floor...

"When we booked our room, we were promised a sea view, instead our windows faced a construction site of a skyscraper. The room itself was small, not much space to move around. Most outlets were not properly sealed into the wall. You had to make sure to press it down while pulling out the plug. The mattress wasn't the best either, you could feel the springs. In the shower one of the tiles was loose, everytime you stepped on it, there was a small fountain out of the water that accumulated...

"This property is a total scam. They don't even give you what you paid for. They will move you to euphoria hotel instead and give you a teeny tiny little room without the view and they will keep treating you horribly. I contacted orbitz to resolve the isssue but they couldn't do anything. This property MUST not be listed on orbitz. I've been a platinum orbitz member for years and this is the first time orbitz couldn't even help. STAY AWAY"
