All his staffs in the front office and housekeeping compliments Saravanan’s attitude to providing services most sincerely which creates a pleasurable environment. “After a small hiccup at check-in, the rest of the time there was excellent! The room was very clean, the staff were lovely but the thing I appreciated the most was how the transport organised by the hotel was totally transparent. The sign on the reception desk made the options and payment amounts very clear. The driver we were assigned was courteous and friendly. ”
