“The room was quiet, the heat pump worked well, the water was hot, the pools were great. Very clean. We had trouble figuring out the cooktop and coffee machine, but the staff patiently taught us. Grocery store down the hill, and huge one at the mall nearby. Walking to Tavira wasn’t very nice, so we drove.”

“I had a fantastic stay at this quiet guest house. The room was modern and very clean, providing a comfortable retreat. The breakfast offered a delicious and varied selection each morning. The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming; while they didn't speak fluent English, they communicated brilliantly using a translation app to ensure all needs were met. The cherry on top was the perfect location within walking distance to Monte Gondor beach. Highly recommended!”

“I was pleasantly surprised by everything at the Golden club hotel. I'd been slightly worried by some reviews before we arrived but i can honestly say our stay in August was excellent. “Great stay. A studio was all that was available when we registered but, due to a cancellation, upon arrival we were upgraded to a much larger unit. Much appreciated! Very clean with full kitchen and a range of appliances for cooking or just reheating. All staff were extremely cordial and helpful. The breakfast is complete with all you could want to choose from. Beautiful, working farm grounds surround. Quinta da Capelinha will be our go to whenever we stay in Tavira. ”
