"The room service food at this place was authentic and we thoroughly enjoyed. The morning staff were nice, cant say the same about night staff. The rooms were clean. We faced minor issues with the hot water. Every time we needed to take a shower we had to call reception to ask them to turn the geyser on. Then it took time for the water to heat up. It took more time than needed to get ready in the morning. One of our rooms didnt have a ac remote so we couldnt change the temperature. Not a bad...

"Expedia informed V palace just 20 hours ago while i booked in September. They showed info in email and text as we are coming . When my whole family with kids reached then staff told us they dont have any room because Expedia inform them late so they sent us at diffrent place it was home stay no breakfast no hotel.
