"Fraud property i have booked got confirmation, once I reached there place they are simply said, that cancelled all online bookings. Worst customer service, Please don't book this resort "

"Behaved like a new hotel, tried to over price pre booked room stating peak season. Rushed check out resulting in forgetting a wrist watch. Over priced lunch buffet which is not value for money. With a kid in tow unnecessary rush created for check out, checked in an hour late, hotel key card was disabled leading to room not getting open to speed up check out. Made guest wait to check if room amenities were in working condition, meaning guests were not trusted."

"We were very happy with our stay at the Lemon Tree. The staff were very friendly and professional. The hotel was clean and very centrally located. I can definitely recommend this hotel"

"A good clean resort at the center of the town but still close to nature. View points are quite nearby. Food is not luxury levels. Though simple, its healthy food. They have a good clean swimming pool. I wouldn't recommend the spa though."
