"The only bad hotel experience we had in Uganda.
Upon arrival, the night receptionist could not find trace of our booking (ok, this can happen) but addressed the situation very disrespectfully. First, by suggesting that we may be liars or in the wrong hotel. When the manager joined us and after again long discussion, he called the IT who drove to the hotel, and who acknowledged it was their mistake not ours. Yet, despite this the manager kept us waiting until the IT solved the problem with...

"Disappointing. There was no tv, no wifi, no hot water and no breakfast. On complaint, a breakfast was provided that included hot milk, 2 slices of bread, a hard boiled egg and a tea bag."
