“Pretty lobby. Convenient location to main temple. Everything was good about this hotel except for food. Food needs huge improvement. European shef for a few months would be an awesome idea - to make restaurant better. ”

“Hotel was clean, 2 mins walk from Rameswaram railway station. Check-in was smooth and quick. Rooms were clean and big. Breakfast had a good spread of South Indian dishes. Filter Coffee and room service was good. Hotel staff are courteous and ready to help with any kind of request. Autos are available throughout the day for a ride to temple or to Dhanushkodi sightseeing”

“Don’t book this hotel till they finish renovating, good size rooms but as I said still renovating, dirty towel’s asked them to change but no one cares. Mess every where in the hotel, builders walking around in the lobby, not a good site ”

“They switch off hot water supply and ac unit and you have to request them to switch it on. No restaurant. No tea or coffee sachets. They refused initially to give receipt for the 10K they collected earlier. I had to insist many times. No hotel bill given except a receipt. No mineral water provided. You have to buy them. Only one soap and one toothbrush provided for a couple. Ridiculous. ”

“Firstly they don't support online booking. They ask us to call the customer support and give them the phone to talk to so that they can get the website's booking confirmation and invoice etc. Then all sorts of problems begin. They negotiate with us the room and rate etc. In my case my online receipt clearly mentioned 4 bed room, but they said as they don't support online booking( they don't know how their hotel gets listed in the website) and they don't know how/when they will receive payment so...

“The hotel staff is extremely helpful. They provided us valuable advice related to temple darshan, pooja options, and also arranged a helpful panditji for special pooja. The food was very delicious and variety was also good. The hotel location is great for temple and other tourist sites. All in all excellent experience.”

“Average hotel. The staff try but really are unable to stay on top of customer service. Half the time I was asking for help on some issue or the other. Their response time wasn’t that great. The restaurant again tries hard, but is not well operated. Over all, not recommended”
