"We enjoyed our one-night stay here, as we were in transit across France. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, assisting with my feeble attempts to speak French! The room was adequate, fairly spacious with good storage for luggage. The bathroom was dated but clean. Towels were fluffy and smelled good 👍 The bed was kind of firm but still comfortable. Just 1 pillow per person but comfortable. TV and internet worked fine. Breakfast was good, lovely croissants. We also had dinner in the...

"Great place to stay, 5 min walk to Dax center.Good tapas ( French style ) and platter of charcuterie in the bar area if you just want something light to eat. The outside of the hotel could do with a lick of paint but I recommend it."

"The hotel were great at communication until they went home, arriving after reception hours we couldnt get hold of the out of hours caretaker, called hotels.com to help and eventually had to ask the restaurant to help find him. Once we found him he was great and was a big help. Room was spacious and they had made up the sofa bed for us in advance. The aircon was in the living room and not the large bedroom where it was needed. Good size balcony and kitchen had great facilties. TV didnt work much...

"Absolutely disgraceful!!! No one there after 7pm to check us in. Then they lied to hotels.com saying staff were there until 3am. The hotel opposite said the place is for the poorly and elderly and were not sure why they are on hotels.com !!??"

"Location is excellent. Indoor and outdoor pool. sauna and small gym. As we have stayed before and travel with all our kit some of the extras are not a problem but they do charge for many essentials. for example towels are extras as are sheets and if you need it TV as is wi fi. Many of these are normal in a budget F1 motel. You also have to clean and tidy your own room at the end of the stay to get the deposit back..But we know this and would still stay again."

"Dans l'ensemble le séjour c'est bien passé. Dommage de devoir prévoir (acheté) une éponge et le nessaire de nettoyage... Piscine non chauffé et sol a refaire car très mal aux pieds... Accueil du personnel très bon avec sourire .. "
