“This hotel is in a very good location right by the water front. The scene outside is a bit busy, but it was quiet after hours. The room we had was well furnished and the bathroom was clean and modern. Unfortunately we were in a top floor and the ceiling was sloped quite low over part of the room, so it was not as spacious or functional as we would have liked. The included breakfast was very good. “The location is spot on with easy access to the beach and the center and it's restaurants. Free parking for hotel guests. The only negative is that the rooms is in need of a refresh. I visited this hotel for the first time over 10 years ago, and noting has been done during this time. The AC barely manage to cool the room down. 10 years ago you could make it refrigerator cool. ”

“Diesmal war das Zimmermädchen anscheinend nicht besonders ordentlich. Es wurde eigentlich nur das Bettzeug grob zusammen gelegt minimal im Bad geputzt. Der Staub hat sich schon zu Wollmäusen zusammen gelegt. Das war nicht schön, nicht einmal Staub gesaugt in den 12 Tagen ”

“비추입니다. 호텔가격에 음식 포함이었는데 저녁 뷔페는 맛이 없구요 방은 좁고 모텔느낌입니다. 전망도 별로고 수영장은 한강 고수부지 수영장 느낌. 성수기때 가서 가격대비 더 실망이 컸는지도 모르겠지만 정말 비추에요.”

“Wir hatten mit Halbpension gebucht, Frühstück von 07:00 - 10:00 Uhr Ab 07:00 Uhr war es so voll dass man sich anstellen musste und im Außenbereich keinen Platz mehr hatte. Wir sind dann immer erst so um 09:00 Uhr zum Frühstücken gegangen. Dann war alles relaxt und angenehm. Abends von 19:00 - 21:00 Uhr das selbe. Ab 20:00 Uhr war die beste Zeit dafür. “Personalet var søde og hjælpsomme. Vi havde halv pension, maden var der nok af, men ikke noget som jeg var imponeret af. Hvis den generelle kvalitet af maden var højere, ville der ikke være så meget madspild. Der var konstant kø ved vand/Juice dispenseren og det samme var tilfældet med kaffe automaten. ”

“We were only in Porec for a night but we had a nice stay at the Felix Residence. Alita is a very nice host. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. The kitchen very well appointed. The wifi is outstanding. The shower strong. The AC struggled a bit to keep up as it was a very hot day but ultimately did the trick. Do check the booking notes before you check in as they take a cash deposit. It's perfectly reasonable and easy but we were at the end of our trip and barely had enough cash on hand. ”

“Die Aussenanlage des Hotels entsprach vollumfänglich unseren Erwartungen. Der Ausblick aufs Meer ist sehr schön. Nicht unseren Erwartungen entsprach das dunkle, sehr gewöhnliche Zimmer; vor allem im Verhältnis zum Preis pro Nacht. Mindestens 25% zu teuer. Auch das Frühstück war nicht so fein, wie der wunderbare Ort, an dem es eingenommen werden konnte. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.”
