"Okay, so this hotel probably hasn't been updated since the 1980s. It reminds me of some places I stayed in St Petersburg in the early post-Soviet years. The halls smell very strongly of cigarettes (but my room did not). "Hotel Pansion Waldinger was very central to shopping walking. It was clean, staff where very helpful. The food was excellent in the restaurant. I would stay there again. It's very affordable. "
