"Room was clean but very basic, no fridge, no kettle….. these 2 items are very essential for people who loves cold or hot drink without the need of getting out of the room. No hot water twice…. First episode was reported and fixed but did not last longer and no hot water again!!! The bed is very comfortable, but the top sheet or kumot is so thin, not a good one for someone who love to sleep in a cold room. 5 star for the hotel staffs"

"The "hill" part of the name is real. You will walk up several steps just to get to the lobby. You will then climb several more steps to get to your room. So if climbing is not your thing, you were forewarned. I know it wasnt the resorts fault, but power was lost 4 times the first night. It made for a very restless sleep. Included breakfast is only coffee & toast. No choice but to buy their food, pricey $9 per person. Not a resort; No activities; No services! Not worth a 2nd night stay!! "
