"This was a great hotel to stay in while we spent the weekend in NYC attending Broadway shows. Location was great. Room was clean, linen and towels were clean, bed was comfortable. No issues in the room but some may want to know that there is no chair or desk and there is no safe in the room. The staff at the front desk, housekeeping, the doorman, the bellhop, and the staff who were monitoring the elevators at times were friendly and helpful. The biggest negative about this hotel was the elevators for those of us staying on floor 16 or above. There were 2 different types of elevators with different call systems. The elevators were on the small size (but maybe it’s standard size for a building of that age). We often had to wait a while for an elevator because of the call systems and the number of people using them over the weekend. But I don’t think we ever had to wait more than 5-6 minutes, which can seem like a long time if you’re in a hurry to get somewhere. Overall this was a great hotel and I would stay here again especially if I wanted to be in Times Square."

"Amenities were great. instead of a fitness center on site, they give you day passes to Crunch Fitness nearby. The front desk staff was great and friendly. However the property is kinda loud, thin walls, busy lobby, busy outside street noise. And did not get towels when I requested them and was told they would be up in 5 minutes."

"We had a great stay overall. The property is beautiful and modern. The staff was friendly, the food was fantastic, and the location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to do. Lots of food choices on 9th Ave, Times Square is only 7 minutes away walking, the subway stops are only a block away, and Madison Square Garden is only two blocks. Location, Location! The only area that needs improvement is housekeeping. Throughout our stay, something seemed to be overlooked almost every day: small towels were missing one day, Kleenex another, bottled water another day, and the body wash dispenser had not been refilled. None of these issues was major on its own, but the repeated oversights were noticeable and affected the overall experience. We would still recommend the hotel and would consider staying here again because the location and overall experience were very good. Hotel Pictures: Rooftop view, Yogurt Breakfast, and our room view."
