We always liked the garden area but now it is being used for storage of items and so less area to relax and spend quality time. Also new businesses have opened nearby which has increased the noise later into the night. But it is relatively inexpensive and food is reasonable so there are trade-offs."

Numerous phone calls by me and it took 12 hours to get refund from them. In all conversations Manager never came on call and given assurance."
