“The room had two relatively minor issues:
1. The toilet flush was terrible. Difficult to flush. Impossible with long flush, hit and miss with short flush.
2. The toilet roll holder was in need of securing. Toilet rolls inevitably fell to the floor when used.
As I said these issues were relatively minor but were an ongoing irritant.”

“Had a great one night stay with good size room for my family of four. The staff were very kind and accommodating. Although breakfast is not included, it is available and made it easy in the morning to have a good meal. The location is ideal to visit Pembroke Castle or take a ferry.”

“Breakfast was ok but items on menu extra had to be paid for.
Room was clean but dated. Shower was an electric shower that was nearly unusable. Low pressure and no temperature control. No replacement shower gel was left after room was cleaned.
Staff were excellent and restaurant was well presented.
Hotel room a low 3 star at best.”

“The suite room was perfect with kids, because it has two separate bedrooms. Lovely view from the room. Good location and the breakfast was nice - lots of choices!
The only downside was that check-in was quite confusing. We arrived early to drop our bags before check-in, which has never been a problem in any other hotel I've stayed at, but the staff seemed surprised and at first said there was nowhere to leave them. They were still helpful and found a way but it seemed complicated. And then when...
