"The hotel and its location was really nice. Very close to the beach and you can carry your beach loungers from the hotel to the beach. My biggest issue is with the front desk. Very poor when it comes to being friendly and helpful. For a hotel reception, my recommendation is for the staff to be trained to be polite, nice and helpful."

"We stayed three days at zielona terrasy. The reception was five minutes away from the apartment and it was almost impossible to park there when we should check in. When we arrivet to the apartment there were no towels and bedlinen there. We had to call several times before we got an answer. Later in the evening we got a plasticbox with towels and linen and had to make the bed by ourselves. The spa is not at the appartment. Its 5 minutes away but it is nice. Zimmerreinigung erfolgt bedingt durch Corona nur noch auf Wunsch und gegen Bezahlung. Handtücher usw. werden jederzeit kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist prima. Es gibt außerdem ein Bügeleisen, Staubsauger usw."
