"The hotel is really a great hotel right at the airport. Everything was nice and clean and a huge room for Europe. A short walk from airport to hotel! The only reason for 4 stars is the restaurant staff needs some work! Had to ask for anything we needed they never check on you. "

"Stayed 7 nights in April with our son, 7 yo. It’s a ski in and ski out resort. There is a place behind hotel to rent skis if you need and you can get your ski pass online from ski star website which you can reuse in other resorts in Norway and Sweden. It’s such a relaxing place, we slept with windows open it was so quiet. The air was fresh and we also drank the tap water which is recommended. Hotel has plenty for kids: pool, fake surfing wave, bowling, kids play room, pool tables, ice hockey tables and arcade games. We had a car so went to Sweden for a day. The restsraunts are great lots of choice and you never need to be in a line. You can pre book on ski star website. Also there are restaurants on the pistes and they are as delicious and authentic. There is also a shop in the hotel if you forgot any snow gear. Pistes are great, something for everyone. We will be back !!! Thank you Trysil. "

"Modern, secure, and very convenient for ski groups. The room was not entirely clean when we arrived, nor was cleaning service offered during our stay. There are no receptionists on site."
