"There are no words other than the saying, 'Stay at this hotel; you won’t regret it.' The food is amazing. It’s incredibly clean, and the staff is amazing. You say jump, they say how high. I will definitely miss Antigua Guatemala and will recommend this hotel to family and friends."

"It was strange experience. I booked it because is near at the airport. But they broufht me by the car in appartment far away. On the other hand they arranged transfer early in the morning. "

"Good staff but the room needs a proper renovation not only patching: a hole on the bathtub wall was filled with caulking! Patio door frame was not screw properly to the wall, hence the patio door didn’t close. A relatively low issue since we were at a gated hotel. Couple of unwritten ruled unmentioned when booked: fitness center closed every 3rd of the month for maintenance, not allowed to bring exterior food, Easy parking and close to tourism sites"
