"We recently stayed at Pan Pacific Singapore to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. We booked a Pacific Club room, which gave us access to the Level 38 Pacific Club lounge—and it truly elevated our stay. The champagne breakfast each morning and the evening cocktails with stunning city views were highlights we looked forward to every day. The service at the lounge was outstanding, and a special mention goes to Steve and the entire Level 38 team for being so warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The breakfast at Edge was another standout. The quality and variety of the buffet were top-notch, easily one of the best we’ve experienced. Every detail, from the food to the service, was handled with care and professionalism. From check-in to check-out, everything felt seamless. The staff across the hotel were consistently friendly, helpful, and made our anniversary feel extra special. In a nutshell, everything was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Pan Pacific Singapore to anyone looking to spend quality time in one of the best hotels in Singapore."

"Well located hotel. Staff are fantastic. They mention about the pillows when you check in that if they’re not what you’re after to phone reception and they’ll organise other ones - but at 11pm at night when you’re in your PJs you’re not really going to do that! Pillows are seriously all like rocks - ended up sleeping on folded towels! "
