"the hotel was excellent, the rooms are clean and brand new, stuff is very kind and helpful. just one thing-we ordered lake view room and all of the pictures at website says the rooms are with balconies. when we got the room we found out that the room is actually without balcony. when we asked the reception about this issue they said that indeed there are two rooms in the hotel that are without balcony, and that there is no guarantee to balcony. it is true also according to the website, there is...

The accommodations were superb.The room was very clean, the bed, very comfortable, the bathroom had a standalone bathtub, with separate shower.
