"Great facilities and location. Beach is adjacent to resort and nice although sand is rough. Food was nice but not exceptional. Staff friendly enough. Pity the AC was not activated due to season as kids got hot at night and fan was not great. Also very eco unfriendly with so many plastic water bottles. It would have been better to have water refilling stations. There is poor public transport to Antalya and taxi is expensive. Uber does not provide any drivers or they cancel. Perhaps yellow cab...

"Excellent selection of food and drinks in all restaurants. Staff are very polite and friendly and helpful, nothing was too much bother. A daily WhatsApp message gave information about the day’s events. Al La carte restaurants need booked by 3pm that day, we arrived at 2pm and weren’t advised of this and so couldn’t use this service that day and as we only stayed 4 nights it was disappointing, this should have been advised at check in. "The stuff was super friendly. Facilities was great. Animators in the kids club was not motivated and the activities was poor. Everything else was perfect."

"Superb. An ideal location: beach is nearby, water is pristine clear. Food is good not excellent but keep in mind it is all inclusive resort. A lot of alternatives for dine in in Kemer which is 10 minutes walk from the resort. Will come back in the future. Mid September till Late October is an ideal time to stay: kids back to school :)"

"Karmir Resort is overall a very good property but it is supposedly rated as a 5 star propert and there are some things that I believe let it down and stop it from being a real 5 start hotel. "The hotel has poor structure. Could hear that loud roaring noise of the water drainage due to d rain. Everywhere had leaks. Despite d size, hotel had no change to break large bill. The food is mostly fried. Great breakfast. This hotel is only good for spring, summer only. Otherwise, it is dead and boaring."

When I was moving in they were extremely rude and unprofessional with me, asking to wait for 3 hours even though my room booking started a day before I moved in. They refused to show me where my room is located and overall made me feel unwanted in the hotel. "Hotel is set in beautiful gardens which lead onto the beach. Two outdoor pools one with slides. There is also an indoor pool. Food in main restaurant was delicious. Drinks were ok. (Gin was not, tasted awful) Service was excellent. Staff very friendly. I would recommend this hotel. "
