"Best hotel ever! Everything hand made from wood, felt like paradise "

"It was a beautiful experience to stay at Centara Grand in Krabi. We felt like we were in paradise. Incredible location. It was fun to boat in and also to be able to take the "Monkey Tail" into town. "

"Quiet secluded resort on northern end of Phi Phi Don. Boat ride away from nice beaches and snorkeling. Cute, comfortable, private bungalows for rooms. Low tides are extreme, so swimming is limited to high tide. Note that none of the resort restaurants have AC - they are all open-air, so if there is a heat wave, it can be uncomfortable to eat outside, but they do offer room service to your bungalow, which has an AC unit."

"We had a wonderful time at Layana. The transportation from Krabi airport was very much appreciated. It was very hot in Thailand while we were there and the pool was great, we spent hours around it and in it. We rented a scooter to drive around the island, Traffic was limited and we felt safe driving them around the island, Layana recommended the Turtle Beach resort for dinner and it was very good. Our room was very large"

"Everything was great, only few downsides - lack of variety of food, more activities needed but overal for relaxing holiday perfect! lovely beach and swimming poll! Sticky rice with mango- amazing!!!"

"The staff everywhere were fantastic especially at the pool bar and the lounge. Friendly staff everywhere, nothing is too much trouble. Very comfortable rooms. Huge pool and lots of spare sunbeds. Excellent restaurants. Amazing breakfast, such a big choice of food and great quality. Sadly jellyfish season so no swimming in sea but beautiful beach across the (small) road. Would highly recommend for people going to Krabi"

"Hotel and staff were fabulous. Food was amazing Boat excursion was spectacular. Rented a motorcycle and drove all over the island. Saw elephant sanctuary ate local food. Everything was unbelievable. An experience to cherish forever"

"Absolute paradise. Amazing hotel in an amazing quite fairly deserted beach. This part of Krabi is just bliss - very quiet with a few very good restaurants but what more do you need? The hotel is totally beautiful, room is wonderful and staff are amazing. What more can I say - I extended my stay for the longest that I could before I had to get a flight to Kathmandu. If not - I am not sure I would ever have left."
