"If you are looking to spend a quiet, relaxing holiday, this is the spot. The views and gardens are spectacular. The pool has a gorgeous view of the lake. Breakfast had good selection. And the staff was wonderful, looking over every single detail. As a solo traveler this was the perfect spot. "

"I would have to say all the staff at the hotel are outstanding. They are personable and so helpful. There was no waiting for any request. This morning we left early for the airport. The kitchen was not open but the lovely lady who was organizing the buffet breakfast sent me on my way and 2 family members with a great breakfast to go"

"Fantastic place with excellent service. The considerate service is fantastic - they are extremely helpful. The chalets themselves are great - clean, comfortable, great amenities. Shuttle serice operated by the hotel takes you anywhere and picks you up within 15 mins. They have a partnership with the ski shop on the slopes where you have a VIP separate room, lockers, and outstanding service. Spacious and well equipped apartments, with lovely views particularly on the West and South West/East side.
