“직원들의 친절은 최고의 점수를 주고 싶습니다. 하지만 샤워시 흙탕물이 나오질 안나 아침 뷔페식당에서 몇일이 됐을지 모를정도로 말라 있었고 턴다운스비스를 저녁9시에 하러 오질 않나 청소하는 직원이 손님객실에서 TV시청을 하고 나갈때 꺼고 나가는걸 깜박 하질 않나 타월을 사용한걸 가져 갔어면 새로 준비해주어야 함에도 부족한 그대로 잊어 버리고 나감. 무료로제공 되는 물과 커피도 부탁을 해야 가져다줌.등등 데스크직원과 로비직원들 굉장히 친절했음 객실 크기도커고 편안했음. 곰팡이냄새 특히 심함.”

“From the moment I checked in, the staff was warm, courteous, and highly professional. Every interaction—from front desk to housekeeping—was marked by genuine smiles and a willingness to help. The food at the in-house restaurant was simply outstanding. The breakfast buffet had a great variety—Indian, Continental, and healthy options. “Beautiful hotel with excellent staff and facilities. The restaurants serve delicious local dishes as well as international cuisine. The only downside is the area outside the hotel property, particularly near the ferry bay. It is beyond the control of the hotel but it is sad to see how the local government has ignored a naturally beautiful location to stray dogs, foul smelling garbage, poor drainage and abandoned public utility works etc. ”

“I stayed 1 night here. really beautiful atmosphere. sunset cruise very nice. However, they claimed 2500 rupees for using jacuzzi with spilling wine. The water in jacuzzi is reused by there own purification system which is uninformed. That one is only disappointment in staying Kumarakom Lake resort. Except for that, the atmosphere, really beautiful. Thank you”
