"Hotel is not in great shape. The chair in my room was ripped up. The bathtub had paint that was peeling off. As I was leaving my air conditioner started giving me an error message. Hotel needs some renovation. It looked like they were starting to fix up the rooms."

"Didn’t use other facilities. Bathrooms were supposedly renovated since built they were built. Our bathroom was very tight.shower door handle broken just waiting for someone to pull hard and it would fall apart. Our daughter stayed in a room above us and her shower door fell completely off its track. Definitely not soundproof. We listened to the person in room beside us with a hacking cough all night. Despite being old it was very clean with comfortable beds and pillows. Staff were very cordial. Breakfast was excellent. Just not worth the money spent for such an old facility."

"This hotel is an older hotel which is fine, however: No hot water - over 3 days - we did not have one hot shower - cold water every morning and shower head that screamed Food boxes and empty plates from the breakfast and other meals left in the hallways for entire days. Swimming pool was very nice - however, at almost all hours of every day from opening until close over the 3 days we spent there it was full of kids and parents. Maybe our luck was bad but it was very hard to enjoy as the kids overran the pool - the hot tub is a smaller hot tub and at one point we had approximately 12 kids climb in with us shoulder to shoulder forcing us to leave. No Blankets - our room had sheets and a bed spread comforter which was not very warm and the AC is constantly pumping regardless of what the temp is set at - I asked the cleaning staff if we could have some extra blankets - they said they would put them in the room - when we returned - no blankets, so I called the front desk and made the request - after much discussion they said they would send some up - we received one blanket as they said they don't have any (its a hotel - how don' you have blankets) Cleaning the room - every three days in the name of 'green energy' - more like keeping more green in your pockets as you dont want to pay cleaning staff - so our room was cleaned once out of our three day stay. The breakfast was decent, the staff was friendly and kind - the hotel left alot to the imagination we wont be returning."
