"InterContinental Paris Le Grand is the definition of classic Parisian elegance. From the moment you step into the grand lobby, you immediately feel the rich history and timeless charm of the hotel. The location is absolutely unbeatable; right in the heart of Paris, steps away from the iconic Palais Garnier and within walking distance to major attractions, luxury boutiques, and beautiful cafés. It made exploring the city effortless and truly enjoyable. The rooms are refined and comfortable; however, the room size and bathroom size felt a little on the smaller side. That said, this is fairly typical for a historic Parisian hotel and did not take away significantly from the overall experience. Breakfast, on the other hand, was magnificent; an excellent spread with high-quality offerings, beautifully presented, and served in a stunning setting. It was easily one of the highlights of our stay. The staff were gracious, attentive, and professional throughout, adding warmth and polish to every interaction. A luxurious and authentic Parisian experience. Despite the minor space limitations, I would gladly return again."

The front desk team provided a warm and efficient check‑in, and housekeeping was consistently thorough, even in areas often overlooked. I have high standards for cleanliness, and I appreciated seeing that furniture was moved to clean behind it. My greatest thanks go to the staff at SIXTINE. They created a welcoming, home‑like atmosphere every morning. Linh and Sawan were especially attentive and kind during breakfast. Linh prepared a cup of hot milk for me each day, just as I drink at home, and Sawan always checked in to see how he could help. The comfortable environment and high‑quality breakfast made me choose to dine there every morning. The only improvement I would suggest is more consistent control of the shower water temperature. "
