It is a good budget hotel but you need to be aware of the noise from the upper floors. There is no carpet to absorb the noise so you can hear everyone walking in their rooms and making noises. Apart from that the room was clean. Make sure to check in before 10pm otherwise you won’t check in at all.

Very basic hotel it is more a shelter a place to place your body on a mattress and leave in the morning but no enough experience of a hotel room, No fridge, no coffee, no kettle, no drinks of whatsoever. The nearby city Aachen has better hotels.

Its a very good budget option in the vicinity of the Ardennes and the Ruhr. Only slightly negative feature is it has some traffic noise in the rooms .If you are prone to that maybe take the other hotel 300 meter earlier from same owner.

It does not always have to cost a fortune

On our trip to visit friends across Germany we booked this hotel because of the incredible low price per night. Much to our surprise it turned out to be a very new, modern hotel with excellent facilities and daily room service including new towels without question. According to our request, we had a quiet room and have not been disturbed at all during lazy, sleep-in mornings. Also, parking is provided free around the hotel. Apparently a small breakfast was available, which we did not try due to our late nights with friends.

Upon making my reservation, I specifically booked a family room to accommodate my needs. However, upon my arrival, I was assigned a single room instead. This was not only unexpected but highly inconvenient, as it did not meet the needs of my family during our stay. I had assumed that my reservation details were clear, and I would receive the appropriate room type. Additionally, I faced difficulties regarding parking. The lack of a proper parking space added to my frustration and made my experience even less enjoyable. It was disappointing that such basic expectations were not met during my stay. I kindly request an explanation regarding these issues and a resolution to my concerns. Uitstekend en prettig omgeving. Vriendelijk personeel en zeer net en schone kamers en voldoende warme kamer in deze winterperiode. Echter zou het ontbijt wat beter kunnen zeker de koude koffie is niet nodig

Ich komme wieder!

Die Parkplatzsituation war etwas schwierig, aber ich habe noch ein Eckchen für mein Auto gefunden. Die Mitarbeiterin am Empfang war sehr hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber.Es gab auch im Badezimmer ein Fenster. Leider ging mein Zimmer zur Straße raus und war trotz geschlossener Fenster ziemlich laut. Nachts wurde der Verkehr glücklicherweise weniger. Das Bett war sehr weich. Frühstück habe ich nicht genutzt. Als Zwischenstop auf meiner Reise war das Hotel vollkommen ausreichend. Ich komme bestimmt wieder.

Mein Zimmer war einfach und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Alles sehr sauber. Sowohl im Schlafraum, als auch im Badezimmer gab es Fenster, die vollständig zu öffnen waren. Parkplätze gab es kostenlos vor dem Hotel. Ein Aufzug ist nicht vorhanden, ist aber für mich nicht wichtig gewesen. Frühstück habe ich nicht genutzt, daher kann ich dazu nichts sagen.
