I had a fantastic stay at the location. The parking was a bit awkward (construction at the time), but the staff was fantastic, helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The amenities were fantastic thought I wasn't able to use the pool due to some maintenance. I would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone staying in Aarhus.

The room was good with comfortable bed. Nice to have a sink in the room as there was only 1 WC down the hall for 6 rooms to share. Stairs up, as expected. Reception is in the hotel restaurant. Nice to have a cosy restaurant as part of this.

Just an amazing stay at this beautful and luxurious hotel in Århus! We loved the rooms, the pool and sauna-area, the very friendly staff and the wonderful ambience in the hotel. The breakfast was small but with tasty quality food, and the restaurant dinner was excellent! Will absolutely return!

We stayed at the hotel just two weeks after it opened. It is a beautiful property with a lovely outdoor terrace and a very nice swimming pool. The breakfast mainly features organic food. The buffet isn't large, but it was more than sufficient for our taste. The only drawback was finding the hotel. The entrance is simply a door in a wall, with no visible signage and very little information available. We actually drove around the town twice before finally finding it, which added almost an hour to our journey. As the hotel has only recently opened, it is still surrounded by construction work. At 9 a.m., drilling started in the room next to ours, which woke us all up. That said, the staff handled the situation exceptionally well. They kindly offered us a late check-out, even though the hotel was fully booked. I'm confident that, once the construction is complete, this will be THE place to stay in Aarhus. I have no doubt that in a year or two it will be one of the top hotel destinations in the area.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und top eingerichtet. Das Badezimmer ist ebenfalls mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet und sehr modern. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Wir haben uns aufgrund der vielen positiven Bewertungen für dieses Hotel entschieden, konnten diese Eindrücke jedoch leider nicht teilen. Das Hotel ist neu und überzeugt mit einem modernen, stilvollen und nachhaltigen Design. Gleichzeitig merkt man aber, dass viele Abläufe noch nicht reibungslos funktionieren. Das Personal war freundlich und bemüht, wirkte jedoch noch nicht eingespielt. Für ein Soft Opening wäre das verständlich – bei regulären Preisen erwarten wir jedoch einen entsprechend ausgereiften Service. Positiv hervorzuheben sind das moderne Design sowie die großen Fenster mit dem schönen Ausblick. Leider wurde bei der Ausstattung die Funktionalität dem Design untergeordnet. Die Dusche und die Badezimmertür schließen nicht richtig, das Waschbecken ist viel zu klein und führt schnell zu Wasserspritzern. Statt eines Fernsehers gibt es nur Streaming vom Handy, das wegen des instabilen WLANs nicht funktionierte. Kühlschrank und normaler Mülleimer fehlen ebenfalls. Zudem lassen sich die Fenster nicht öffnen. Gerade im Sommer fehlte dadurch frische Luft. Zusammen mit den sehr warmen Bettdecken war das Zimmer nachts stickig und unangenehm. Am meisten enttäuscht hat uns das Housekeeping. In vier Tagen wurde das Zimmer kein einziges Mal gründlich gereinigt – selbst das Waschbecken blieb ungeputzt. Die Zimmerreinigung beschränkte sich meist aufs Betten machen. Das entspricht aus unserer Sicht nicht dem Standard in dieser Preisklasse.

Dejligt sted, super sødt personale. Men alt for meget teknik på værelset. Bruseren styres af en føler og gik for eksempel i gang af sig selv. Og så vil vi gerne have hanke på vores kaffekopper på værelset! Og kontakten på natlampen sidder så højt oppe, at man er nødt til næsten at rejse sig op i sengen for at slukke lyset.

Vi havde den skønneste overnatning på hotellet sammen med et hold venner. Vi skulle på Restaurant Absurd, så i den forbindelse blev vi enige om at der kunne være lækkert at snuppe en overnatning. Den lækre pool og sauna fik jeg desværre ikke mulighed for at opleve, da jeg netop har brækket mit håndled, og opholdet kunne desværre ikke ændres. Beliggenheden til byen og den nye Kulbro er helt perfekt. Mange måtte desværre gå forgæves for at få et bord til morgenbrunch, og restauranten er meget trang, svært at komme rundt. Det bør man nok lige overveje, da man jo ikke kan sidde ude til efterår. Lidt svært at finde i bil, lille reception - lang tid for tjek-in. Ingen parkeringsmuligheder. Ikke muligt at lufte ud på værelset.

Super flot hotel og selvfølgelig ramt af områdets store byggeri. Ærgerligt med parkeringens huset ikke var klar, det gav lidt bøvl. Derudover alt for dyr morgenmad, poolen åbnede kl. 07:30, det er efter min mening alt for sent, saunaen var kold om morgen, den burde være klar 07:30 og ikke først blive tændt der, og så kunne vi ikke åbne nogen vinduer, det var ret nederen! Personalet fandt sønnens sandaler ved pollen. Super fed service.

Veldig dårlig tilkomst siden hotellet er midt i et byggeområde. Vi måtte parkere på et kjøpesenter i nærheten og bære bagasjen et godt stykke for det var ikke mulig å kjøre fram til hotellet. Litt sterile rom, men kult bassengområde. Frokosten var kjedelig
