The staff was wonderful
We moved 4 times. Our room was supposed to be handicap accessible. Finally the 4th room was. Food selection was not what we expected
Our stay was perfect! Rooms were spacious, clean, and our accessible room was an excellent layout and perfectly functional. Breakfast was outstanding, afternoon tea in the library was excellent, the dinner menu was a bit limited, but what thay had was all delicious. Item of note is they do not have bell carts, and bell service is charged @£5 per bag.. Didn't use the service but was surprised given the exceptional service we found otherwise. Great base for our 3 nights..Highly recommend
If you are looking for a castle country estate retreat in Scotland, this is the place. The long elegant drive in leads to the lush entryway. The bar and dining rooms are elegant. Carved wood and wainscotting everywhere. Fabulous dining, large quiet rooms. Best elevator ever.

Lovely hotel, staff exeptional, food amazing highly recommend for a relaxing hotel break xx
A great gem of a hotel, this was our first visit and will return soon.
The staff were really friendly and seemed happy to be there. The hotel was really nice and quite impressive, our room was lovely, a bit of wear and tear noted but nothing a lick of paint wont sort out, sitting in the bar area was very comfortable there is a good variety of food and beverages on offer, the food was delicious and you know its all freshly prepared, the breakfast was great, lots of choice, some options had a small surcharge,
The grounds of the hotel were well maintained and there is ample parking available. The rooms were spacious and clean. Extra pillows available if you need them and there is lovely toiletries.
First time back to Norwood Hall in many years and it has not disappointed us in any way. Staff were very attentive but not in an intrusive way at all. Very enjoyable stay.
We liked the peaceful setting and the staff made you feel special, very attentive but not fawning over you. The hotel had an old world charm but efficiently run with modern technology. Food and service excellent.
The grounds and common areas are stunning and very luxurious. Dinner and breakfast were also very good. Staff were very welcoming and accommodating as well.
Great hotel with super comfortable rooms, great service from Robert and Jan.
Breakfast was well made and the dining room has a somewhat stately quality.
I contacted the hotel ahead of my stay and the amazing staff arranged a birthday treat in our room.
Very friendly, helpful staff.
Lovely room, big bath 😊
Lovely characteristic hotel with very professional staff. A quiet get away for those needing it to relax and recoup. A bit expensive considering there was no pool, hot tub or sauna & steam facilities but the hotel it's self is absolutely beautiful.
